This is an on-site, full-time, commission-based role designed for licensed, highly motivated individuals who are ready to begin immediately and build a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage. This role offers the opportunity to work with and become a part of Catalyst Commercial Partners, the largest and highest producing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Team at Corcoran Icon Properties. They specialize in the sale of commercial properties with a target deal size between $2 million to $20 million, primarily focusing on the asset types of retail and multifamily. This position provides hands‑on deal exposure, direct mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a full-time commercial broker. About the Role
Interns work closely with commercial brokers and gain real-world experience in: Prospecting through cold-calling and client development Market research and financial analysis Deal underwriting and transaction support Sales, marketing, and negotiation strategies This role offers unlimited growth potential and earnings. Qualifications
Active California real estate license, or in the process of obtaining one Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, proactive, and coachable Organized and detail-oriented; able to multitask Interest in sales and business development Available full-time, on-site (can accommodate for part-time jobs) Key Responsibilities
Prospect and build relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants Conduct market research and financial analysis Attend client meetings and perform presentations Create marketing packages for active listings Produce contracts and transaction documentation Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members What You'll Gain
