Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed California Real Estate Broker to support and lead agents in Southern California. This role combines active production, agent support, and market leadership, with a strong emphasis on professional development, operational oversight, and client service excellence.

This opportunity is well suited for a broker who understands the Southern California market and is interested in contributing to the growth and success of agents while maintaining their own real estate practice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance and oversight to licensed real estate agents operating in Southern California. Support agents with transaction questions, compliance, best practices, and market knowledge.

Assist with onboarding, coaching, and ongoing professional development. Lead meetings or training sessions focused on productivity, client service, and market strategy.

Maintain personal production, including listings, buyer representation, negotiations, and closings, while demonstrating professionalism and strong market expertise.

Operational & Compliance Oversight: Ensure transactions and agent activity align with California real estate regulations and brokerage standards.

Market Growth Support: Collaborate with internal leadership to support business growth initiatives in Southern California, including agent engagement and local market expansion.

Foster a professional, supportive environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and long-term success.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in residential real estate sales

Experience supporting, mentoring, or supervising agents preferred

Strong knowledge of Southern California real estate markets

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Comfortable using CRM systems and digital transaction tools

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team

Commission-based compensation with a competitive 80/20 split
