The Care Team Hospice - Healthcare Sales Representative
The Care Team Hospice is seeking a Healthcare Sales Representative to support growth across metro Detroit, MI (Oakland, Wayne, Livingston, Macomb County). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, creating strong community partnerships, and representing a mission-driven organization known for exceptional hospice care.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, senior living communities, hospitals, and other referral partners.
Represent The Care Team Hospice as a trusted, knowledgeable resource within the community.
Develop creative outreach and territory strategies to grow census and expand brand awareness.
Partner closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient and family experience.
Stay informed about local market trends, referral patterns, and competitive positioning.
What We’re Looking For
Someone active and connected in the metro Detroit medical community, with a natural talent for networking.
Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, nursing, or social work preferred (1+ years).
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation Base salary + Commission role. Base salary is $60K+.
