Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collision Estimator at our West Palm Beach, FL location. The Collision Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and effectively communicating with customers, insurance companies, and technicians. Key responsibilities include documenting and detailing damages, determining repair costs, coordinating with insurance adjusters, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the repair process. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs. Qualifications Experience in auto damage assessment, preparing repair estimates, and understanding insurance claims processes Knowledge of vehicle repair processes, industry standards, and materials used in collision repair Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, technicians, and insurance representatives Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience using estimating software tools, such as CCC, Mitchell, or similar platforms High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships ASE Certification in collision repair or equivalent is a plus Previous experience in automotive repair or estimating is preferred
