Role Location: Remote - UK or Norway

The Unique Opportunity Our client is a next-generation Green AI infrastructure provider and they are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to own and monetise x10 MW of high-density GPU capacity, rack-ready in March 2026.

This is a Senior Individual Contributor role with full deal ownership and direct impact on revenue and future expansion (scaling to 60+ MW).

The Mission

Close multi-year contracts to fully monetise the initial 10 MW capacity

Convert pipeline and originate strategic new deals

Translate technical advantages into clear ROI and cost savings

Lead complex negotiations across colocation, liquid cooling, and power frameworks

Build partnerships across the Green AI, GPU, and Neo-Cloud ecosystem

What You’ll Be Selling Purpose-built AI and HPC infrastructure offering:

100% renewable hydropower

Liquid-cooled racks up to 132 kW

NVIDIA Reference Design Architecture compliant

Ultra-competitive power costs (~€0.06–0.07/kWh)

Built for GPUaaS providers, AI-native companies, LLM developers, and HPC users seeking an alternative to hyperscalers.

Experience Required

5+ years B2B sales experience in data centres, cloud, GPUaaS, AI/HPC, or energy infrastructure

Strong understanding of GPU environments, high-density racks, and liquid cooling

Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals

Active European and International market network

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and Green AI
