Summary: We are seeking an Associate Account Executive to join the sales team at MIMEDX. The role pays between $60,000–$70,000 base plus commissions based on relevant experience, credentials, and location.

Position: Associate Account Executive. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase market share by targeting commercial and/or government physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related entities within the assigned territory. The incumbent will promote and sell the company’s products and tissues by engaging established customers and developing new prospects.
Responsibilities
Contribute to minimal to moderate sales growth of existing accounts in the assigned territory with supervision level transitioning from high to moderate
Maintain a high level of customer and patient satisfaction by dedicating time and attention to service
Identify new market opportunities, implement marketing strategies, and develop sales plans to penetrate physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related entities within the territory
Assist in selecting presentation content from company-approved resources and conduct large group and individual presentations to customers and prospects on all company products and their usages
Provide assistance in resolving reimbursement issues for customers within established policies and guidelines
Skills/Competencies
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to interact with all levels of management, internal and external, and customers
Ability to influence others to achieve results using tenacity and diplomacy
Organized, flexible, and able to multi-task with high attention to detail
Strong analytical, strategic, technical analysis, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
0-3 years of experience in medical sales, device sales, or pharmaceutical sales, or strong B2B sales experience
Licenses
Valid driver’s license required
Travel Requirements
Ability to drive and/or fly to meetings and customer sites
Travel 50% - 70% depending on geographic assignment
Work is performed at customer/clinical sites and/or home office. When at a customer site, follow appropriate dress code and adhere to credentialing and registration requirements, including up-to-date vaccines. Must travel locally and/or long distance within the assigned territory on a regular basis.
Compensation and Benefits Salary ranges and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined through a rigorous review process and consider experience, education, certifications, and skills.
