We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support client outreach and relationship development related to production work. This role is sales-focused and operational, and works closely with leadership and producers to help initiate and manage new client conversations. This is a part-time, contract role (not a full‑time employee position), designed for someone looking for consistent sales-focused work alongside other commitments.
What You’ll Do
Support client outreach to brands, agencies, and potential partners
Track contacts, conversations, and follow-ups
Maintain momentum across active sales conversations
Assist with proposals, decks, and pricing coordination
Maintain clear sales and relationship records
Coordinate internally around scope, timing, and next steps
Who This Is For
Sales-minded, organized, and dependable
Comfortable with outreach and follow-up
Clear, confident communicator (especially in writing)
Interested in production and post-production environments
