Retail Sales Associate
in Wichita, KS. Join a dynamic retail environment where every interaction counts and drive sales success.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: $14.73 – $18.84 per hour, based on experience and location.
Incentive pay: average bonus $162–$389 per month.
Store hours Monday–Friday 9 AM–5:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM–1 PM (no Sunday).
Full‑time associates accrue up to three weeks paid time off in the first year.
Location 7730 East Central Avenue, Wichita, KS 67206
Responsibilities
Consistently up‑sell and cross‑sell AAA products: new memberships, credit cards and insurance referrals.
Assist members with planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages and trip tickets.
Answer overflow roadside assistance calls during peak volumes to ensure timely service.
Act as a backup for cashier, tag & title, and I.D. emia services when needed.
Qualifications
Previous sales and customer service experience with a proven ability to drive results.
Strong written and oral communication skills for engaging customers.
Proficient in navigating multiple websites and computer programs in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain one within six months of employment.
Basic geographical knowledge is beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Positive pre‑ and post‑employment screenings, including criminal, drug, and state/vendor checks, and ability to obtain membership license if required.
