Individual starting salary ranges from $40,530 to $51,890+, with uncapped commission opportunities. Salary depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on meeting and exceeding all sales goals. Responsibilities
Kick off with paid training to set up success in the field. Connect with scheduled appointments and engage warm prospects effectively. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals with hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions. Qualifications
1+ year of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience preferred. Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets. Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Maintain a valid driver’s license; a company vehicle is provided for official business use only. Work a varied schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record. Benefits
