About this position: The Affiliate Account Manager plays a critical role in driving client success and campaign excellence across our brand partnerships. Acting as the primary liaison between brands and internal teams, this person ensures seamless onboarding, strategic execution, and high-touch support that exceeds client expectations. By managing everything from tracking and reporting to paid placements and performance optimization, the Account Manager directly contributes to client satisfaction and revenue growth. Their work not only ensures brand relationships run smoothly, but also delivers actionable insights that inform future strategies—making this role highly valuable. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal sales teams to develop and refine campaign strategies that align with performance goals. Provide data-backed insights and recommendations based on performance trends and industry benchmarks. Optimize affiliate marketing initiatives by analyzing campaign outcomes and adjusting approaches as needed. Collaborate on strategic conversations with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Technical / Execution
Oversee affiliate onboarding execution, including updating commissions, managing tracking links, and auditing brand cards for accuracy. Execute end-to-end management of paid placements, ensuring timely submission of assets and seamless delivery. Manage affiliate email inbox and route inquiries to ensure fast and accurate resolution. Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports for clients and internal teams. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal teams, brands, networks and agencies to ensure all brand partnerships are performing at a high level. Partner with sales, marketing, and data teams to align on campaign goals and execution. Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure campaign milestones are met collaboratively. Lead client calls and internal meetings to align on brand onboarding progress, troubleshoot issues, and share performance updates. Research / Best Practices
Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and affiliate marketing best practices. Monitor competitor activities and identify innovative tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness. Share relevant insights with clients to inform strategy and maximize performance. Use market research to inform strategic planning and provide clients with proactive recommendations. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in account management, ideally within the affiliate or influencer marketing space. Specific industry experience or other certifications (preferred or required). Previous experience working with leading affiliate agencies or networks such as CJ, Rakuten, and Impact is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive affiliate success through strategic planning and proactive client management; history of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs. Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with flawless execution and reporting. Proficient with affiliate marketing platforms, campaign tracking tools, and analytics dashboards; familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and affiliate network reporting is a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities. We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors. Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE) while others are structured as salary only. To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted. Additionally, all permanent team members are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.
