As a
Counter Sales Representative , you'll be the face of our parts operation, helping customers identify and order the right components to keep their machines running. Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions Ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing parts orders Assist customers with part numbers, quantities, availability, freight, and delivery timelines Work collaboratively across all areas of the Parts department, including the parts warehouse Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years in a customer service or sales role Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn construction parts quickly Strong computer skills Clear, professional communication across all channels Team-oriented, goal-driven, and self-motivated Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish Experience using Caterpillar (CAT) systems Prior experience with industrial parts or heavy equipment Benefits
