Manager, Sales Development

works with Marketing, Sales and Operations leadership to define, build and optimize the Sales Development team, processes and systems to engage and nurture new and existing Bluebeam users prior to handing them off to Sales to close. This role is a critical bridge between Marketing and Sales focusing on qualifying new sales opportunities to maximize revenue generation by building and continuously optimizing an effective and efficient lead cycle process. What You’ll Do:

Propose and implement strategies to improve lead gen, qualification and hand-off to Sales including: inbound, cold outbound, in-person and digital events, etc. Hire, train and manage a team of SDRs on lead follow up, cold calling, prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity identification Align Sales and Marketing on the handoff of leads and have ultimate accountability for the quality of leads delivered to the Sales team and meeting monthly meeting and qualified opportunity quotas Ensure all SDR processes and polices are socialized and documented Work closely with Demand Generation, Customer Engagement, Revenue Ops and Direct and Channel Sales to continuously improve the lead lifecycle Regularly report on team KPIs Establish a cadence of research and list building to create a pipeline of qualified segmented opportunities Prospect and identify key decision makers at target companies Prioritize strategic target account lists within defined territories and industry verticals Research and build new and existing accounts What we’d like to see in you:

3+ years of experience leading Sales or Lead Development teams, ideally within B2B and enterprise technology environments Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; MBA or relevant sales certifications a plus Demonstrated success hiring, managing, and coaching high-performing SDR/LDR teams Deep familiarity with modern sales methodologies, frameworks, and communication best practices Strong Salesforce expertise, including reporting, pipeline visibility, and queue management Hands-on experience designing and executing call tracks, outreach cadences, and lead follow-up strategies Proficiency with SDR/LDR productivity and research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong) Proven ability to manage performance against industry-standard KPIs and drive continuous improvement Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations Track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders Thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and are energized by stepping into a leadership role with the opportunity to make immediate impact What We Offer:

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $108,900 - $136,000 plus sales commission structure
