Consult with sellers to secure listings and effectively market properties Dedicate 15 hours weekly to generating leads Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations Host a minimum of two open houses each month Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using Brivity Technology Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications
