Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable account manager to support and grow our heavy equipment service business. This role focuses on building relationships with both existing customers and new clients across construction, agriculture, and municipal industries. The ideal candidate has a strong general understanding of agricultural and construction equipment and is comfortable developing quotes and bids tailored to customer needs. Our services include
Deere and Caterpillar engine and transmission rebuilding and repair ,
equipment hauling ,
scheduled maintenance and field repairs , and
equipment sales and rentals . This role requires someone who can confidently represent these offerings, identify opportunities, and help drive long-term customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities
Engage with existing customers and develop new sales opportunities Prepare accurate quotes and bids for service, repair, sales, and rentals Support expansion throughout the Fresno area Maintain strong relationships with farmers, equipment yards, contractors, and public agencies Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of construction and agricultural equipment Experience in equipment service, sales, or related industries Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities independently This role is based in Fresno, CA. This position offers a highly lucrative commission plan for both rentals and sales, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, 401K and other benefits.
