Account Executive (AE)
to join our growing team and help lead our next stage of growth — with a strong focus on the DACH region, working both directly and with our partner network.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, wants to see their direct impact on company success, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. There's also potential to support other markets as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing Winning and Closing Deals — Direct and with Partners
Own the full sales cycle in the DACH market, from prospecting to closing new customers — both directly and together with partners.
Develop tailored engagement strategies by identifying key stakeholders in target accounts.
Collaborate with partners on opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships across customers and our channel ecosystem to uncover and accelerate opportunities.
Lead negotiations and ensure successful deal closure.
Develop and execute a focused sales plan.
Identify and qualify prospects, building a strong pipeline.
Use creative and proactive approaches to open doors and build relationships.
Solution Selling & Customer Value
Present and demonstrate the Emporix value proposition to decision-makers.
Run discovery sessions and workshops to understand business and technical needs.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing and Channel to deliver tailored solutions.
Market Development & Representation
Represent Emporix at trade shows, events, and industry meetups.
Share feedback with Product and Marketing to shape future strategy.
Be a strong voice for Emporix in the market.
Forecasting & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility.
Provide reliable forecasts and performance updates.
Keep track of market trends and competitor activity.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales track record in SaaS or digital commerce — you know how to close and exceed targets.
Ambitious, energetic, and driven by results and rewards.
Comfortable with both direct sales and partner sales models.
Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
Native-level German and excellent English skills (spoken and written).
Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment: independent, hands-on, and adaptable.
Willingness to travel, mostly within the DACH region and occasionally to other locations.
