Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career with a company where your work truly makes an impact? We’re partnering with a long-established, family-owned coatings manufacturer that specializes in advanced liquid spray processes, surface finishing, and high-performance coatings. With more than 50 years of expertise and a modern, 80,000 sq ft facility, this team delivers precision results across industries ranging from automotive and aerospace to defense and specialty manufacturing. This is a unique opportunity for a B2B Sales Manager who understands coatings or manufacturing and wants to build something of their own. You’ll work directly with the GM and ownership team in a hands-on environment, leading new business development, shaping commercial strategy, and building long-term relationships with customers who rely on high-quality finishing solutions. What You’ll Do

Drive new business acquisition and expand market presence across industries that require high-performance liquid coatings. Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and close. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, generating meaningful leads and elevating brand visibility. Partner closely with operations, engineering, and production to ensure customer needs align with technical capabilities such as Cerakote, UV coatings, custom color matching, and more. Provide market insights, forecasting, and regular sales reporting to leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor, strengthening customer relationships and securing repeat business. What It Takes

3–7 years of B2B sales experience in coatings, surface finishing, manufacturing, or a related technical field. Understanding of industrial spray-coating processes or experience selling into manufacturing environments. Proven ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A self-starter mindset and comfort working in a small, collaborative, family-run operation. Willingness to travel for customer visits and trade shows. Why This Role Stands Out

You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with ownership, gaining direct mentorship and real influence over pricing strategy, commercial direction, and process improvements. The environment is agile, collaborative, and hands-on—perfect for someone who wants autonomy paired with strong leadership support. You’ll gain exposure across a wide range of coating technologies and industries, deepening your technical and commercial experience. Your contributions will have a clear, immediate impact on company growth and customer satisfaction. If you’re energized by the idea of shaping strategy, building genuine customer relationships, and growing your career within a tight-knit, technically advanced business, this is a standout opportunity.
