Sales Manager , who will report to our Chief Revenue Officer, to lead Skematic's sales executives, driving results through active pipeline and people management. Candidates should have a strong sales background, ideally in managing teams who sell SaaS into financial services. Responsibilities
Make our sales team hum like a well-oiled machine that achieves (or overachieves!) its targets Lead and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to enhance performance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive enterprise sales growth. Ensure our top prospects are regularly engaged while allowing no stone left unturned Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. Utilize advanced sales technology to optimize the sales process and improve efficiency. Our Ideal Candidate
Proven ability to lead and coach a sales team to achieve targets, with 3+ years’ management experience. Experience selling RegTech, preferred. 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a successful track record. Strong knowledge of sales technology and modern prospecting processes. Excellent people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Highly organized and detail oriented. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Process-oriented with a strategic mindset. Sees opportunity in changing and is constantly evolving their go-to-market skills and knowledge. Intellectually curious, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth; and Looking to join a growing company with a vibrant, entrepreneurial culture, dedicated to being the top provider in the class action recovery space. Compensation: base salary is experience dependent and can range from $120,000 – $150,000 a year. CANDIDATES IDEALLY WILL BE BOSTON BASED BUT OTHER EAST COAST CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
