As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Design Consultants, driving them to achieve and exceed sales goals. You will implement our proven sales strategies, monitor market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction. By collaborating closely with other departments, you will align sales objectives with our overall business expectations. Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 20+ Design Consultants to exceed revenue and KPI expectations. Monitor market trends and communicate with the VP of Sales and other teammates accordingly. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support. Provide ongoing mentorship and direction to Design Consultants, with availability by phone, text, and email. What We Offer
