Role: Project Manager Campaign
Description: Support the Content Campaign Activation team to manage content and operationalize efficiencies within print production, and distribution of branded and non‑branded content for assigned franchise/brand. In this role you will act as a liaison between the Marketing/Brand teams, agency partners, and the MET team to drive awareness of process improvements and implement best practices and insight as it relates to Content Factory, print production and through to the warehousing and distribution of materials.
Project Management
Align concepts, specifications, and timelines with the marketing team based on historical usage data and pack size.
Initiate and manage the promotional layout process with the Labeling Department.
Review and approve digital and physical proofs for client sign‑off.
Develop a custom Field Rep distribution list for each print project.
Confirm and QC of project delivery in adherence to approved quote.
Initiate low stock/reprint processes in collaboration with the Brand team.
Supervision and escalation point across all projects.
Financial Management
Review and approve print quotes for specification accuracy and update the Brand budget tracker.
Conduct weekly reviews of Brand POs and budgets.
Invoice tracking and reconciliation.
Field Ops Alignment
Provide Field Ops with instructions in Ad Hoc Fulfillment, kitting, repackaging or PI swap requests.
Prepare SKU information for the Field Ops to enable activation within MOMs.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related work experience.
Be able to develop contingency plans and manage multiple projects with similar timelines.
Strong communication skills, ability to communicate complex messages and explain new concepts.
Working knowledge of the Legal, Medical and Regulatory review process.
Familiarity of commercial materials management process.
Be familiar with development/management of brand goals, have excellent project management skills.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar project management systems required; computer literacy with a variety of software applications.
Able to resolve conflicts within the team before they become an issue, i.e. a strong mediator.
Project management/leadership experience.
Experience facilitating meetings/presentations.
Understanding of various agile frameworks and practices.
Agency experience, print production knowledge.
Working knowledge of Brand planning activities.
Support faster customer focused, incremental value development in commercial processes that enable brands and markets to accomplish growth and cost saving targets.
Passion for driving teams towards high performance, influencing change, and pride in quality craftsmanship.
Believe in non‑hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust across the team.
Confident, skilled at navigating roadblocks to allow sprints to be completed on time.
Bring a high‑energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around them.
