Responsibilities
Proactively contact new and existing leads via phone, text, and email to identify insurance needs and generate new business.
Quote, present, and sell insurance products while providing clear explanations of coverage options and pricing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative conversations and follow-up.
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Accurately document client interactions, quotes, and sales activity in the CRM system.
Follow up on warm leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns to maximize conversion.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals, activity benchmarks, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to policy issuance.
Stay up to date on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales skills.
Requirements
Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
Proven customer service experience, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and helping others.
Comfortable using office technology, including CRM systems and standard business software.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
