Neighborhood Marketing & Outside Field Manager , you’ll lead a high-energy team of door-to-door marketers AND drive direct-to-consumer sales through boots-on-the-ground canvassing, inspections, and lead generation. You’ll train, coach, and
walk alongside
your team to deliver quality leads, close warm prospects, and dominate your market. If you’ve got grit, drive, and the ability to make things happen—we want to talk. This Role Is For You If You Come From: Interior or Exterior Remodeling

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and grow a team of 10+ neighborhood marketers Knock doors and connect directly with homeowners Prospect new leads for residential window replacement Track team metrics and hit bonus goals Train reps on our marketing scripts and processes Coordinate canvassing logistics and neighborhood mapping Communicate with homeowners to drive referrals and repeat business Manage back-end lead entry, data tracking, and quality control Maintain top-notch brand representation in the field
You Bring: ✔ High energy and a go-getter attitude ✔ 1+ years of sales OR marketing team leadership ✔ Strong communication and motivational skills ✔ Experience in canvassing or direct sales (preferred) ✔ Ability to walk 6+ hours a day, work weekends, and lead by example ✔ A reliable vehicle, smartphone, and valid driver’s license ✔ Desire to earn BIG—$90K+ is in your reach ✔ Strong organizational and CRM tracking skills
