To support this evolution, we are seeking a Specialist to join the Strategic Growth Team and help translate strategic priorities into action by supporting execution across the team’s core functions—marketing & communications, business growth & client solutions, and practice group management. SUMMARY: The Strategic Growth Specialist plays a key executional role within the Strategic Growth Team, supporting firmwide and practice group initiatives that drive business development, client engagement, and revenue growth. This position focuses on translating strategy into action by coordinating projects, developing materials, analyzing data, and supporting cross-functional efforts across marketing & communications, business growth & client solutions, and practice group management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative, with a strong service mindset and an interest in law firm business strategy. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities with confidence, and brings a solutions-oriented approach to supporting attorneys and senior stakeholders. This role requires a high level of energy, a willingness to work extended hours when needed, a strong in-office presence, and frequent business travel across the firm’s three offices (Boston, D.C., New York). The ideal candidate is an excellent relationship-builder with the ability to connect the dots across clients, stakeholders, and initiatives, bringing clarity, alignment, and momentum to firmwide efforts. Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Execution & Support Support the execution of firmwide and practice group strategic growth initiatives, ensuring projects move forward on time and with attention to detail. Assist in translating strategic priorities into actionable tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Track progress across initiatives and surface risks, dependencies, or gaps to senior team members. Support targeted growth efforts for high-potential clients in the $500K–$1M range, helping mobilize firm resources around relationship expansion opportunities. Support campaigns, client alerts, events, sponsorships, and other initiatives tied to firm and practice priorities. Industry Association & Market Activation Support the conversion of industry association investments (sponsorships, memberships, conferences, leadership roles) into concrete business development and client growth opportunities. Track firm and attorney participation in key industry organizations and assist in identifying follow-up actions, introductions, and content opportunities. Help document outcomes and ROI related to industry engagement efforts. Support the identification, intake, and documentation of major accomplishments, representative matters, and “done deals.” Collaborate with attorneys and marketing colleagues to ensure successes are captured accurately and in a timely manner for use in pitches, proposals, rankings, and internal reporting. Maintain organized records of wins and outcomes to support future growth efforts. Cross-Office Coordination & Alignment Support cross-office activation and alignment, ensuring practice group and client growth initiatives are coordinated across Boston, New York, and Washington, D.C. Facilitate communication and information-sharing among stakeholders to promote consistency, visibility, and collaboration. Help identify opportunities to leverage firmwide capabilities and relationships across offices in support of growth priorities. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing, client relations, business development, or professional services. Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities from multiple stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with comfort working with data, dashboards, and CRM systems. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with strong service orientation. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
