We are a mid-sized firm seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Partner to join our prestigious practice. This role offers a clear path to partnership and an opportunity to provide strategic tax planning and compliance services to high‑net‑worth clients.
About Us Our firm serves clients with an average net worth of over $10 million and focuses on tax accounting, tax law, tax planning, tax advisory, and tax compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional client service and drive new business opportunities.
Job Details Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per year. Remote location with hybrid office schedule.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive tax planning and advisory services to high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and related entities.
Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns and projections.
Develop and implement tailored tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in tax law and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive advice.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with partners and team members for a coordinated client service approach.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to firm growth by identifying new business opportunities and participating in marketing initiatives.
Demonstrate experience with trusts, estates, and wealth planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; master’s in Taxation or CPA highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of tax experience focusing on high‑net‑worth individuals, preferably in public accounting or law firm.
In‑depth knowledge of tax accounting, law, planning, advisory, and compliance.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex legislation and provide practical advice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with clients and team.
Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to pursue new business opportunities.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and contributing to firm growth.
