What You 0ll Do: As a Principal Analyst I, you 0ll lead activities to review current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness, identify constraints or opportunities that inhibit or accelerate the business and technology strategy, develop options to improve business outcomes, and drive implementation of solutions to achieve desired results. You 0ll be accountable for the development and review of artifacts to describe current state processes, practices, and/or metrics, determine root causes for constraints, identify alternative processes and options with impact on KRIs/KPIs/operational metrics, and track whether desired results are realized using data and quantitative measures. You 0ll engage with enterprise subject matter experts and stakeholders to tackle complex issues requiring coordination across business units, capture current state insights, and provide options and recommendations. You 0ll identify, socialize, and gather approvals for upkeep of KRIs, KPIs, and Operational Metrics. Responsibilities
Lead programs to ensure business outcomes align with strategy; define work breakdown structures, set deadlines, gather requirements, review artifacts, and resolve issues impeding progress. Develop critical documentation and artifacts to meet objectives, deliver high-quality results, and communicate learnings, findings, impacts, and next steps with SMEs or stakeholders. Use tools such as Microsoft Office, diagramming software (Lucid, Visio, etc.) to review banking processes and organizational models, developing clear narratives. Leverage risk management experience from a large financial institution, focusing on risk, compliance, or governance. Act as a servant leader coordinating delivery and scrum activities across data product delivery. Manage the Azure DevOps board for all data-related Regulatory Reporting Epics and Features, prioritizing backlog for the delivery team. Publish updates to management and team regarding processes, obstacles, changes, and milestones for quarterly commitments. Coordinate scope changes, estimates, priorities, and trade-offs with business and technical stakeholders. Establish sprint schedules and ceremonies; monitor velocity and coordinate related activities. Plan for and participate in PI Planning events. Ensure adherence to agile processes, tools, and delivery standards. Champion continuous improvement to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach teams in continuous improvement events with stakeholders. Collaborate with required teams to ensure environmental readiness for project completion. Collaborate with development, QA, UAT, business, and production support teams to achieve data product delivery goals. What You 0ll Need
8+ years of related experience leading projects and teams using Scrum, Agile, or SAFe. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Expert in using Azure DevOps or JIRA for planning and execution. Experience executing product vision/goals and communicating product workflow to colleagues. Experience fostering an Agile mindset and removing organizational impediments; guiding teams in discovery and learning. Experience facilitating discussions on complex IT delivery projects across multiple platforms to achieve outcomes. Ability to collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment and dependencies. Experience interacting with Board/Executive management. Experience in an onshore-offshore model. Agile/SAFe certifications preferred. Experience in RTE and/or Product Owner roles preferred. Experience running data management programs/products preferred. Leadership experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of financial services or banking preferred. Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and industry standards. Advanced to expert in process and data analysis with deep critical thinking skills. Experience working as a SME across one or two domains. Advanced speaking and writing communication skills. Occasional travel required. Benefits
