Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our mid-size CPA firm in New York. The ideal candidate will lead audit engagements, supervise junior staff, and ensure high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute audit engagements
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff
Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports
Communicate with clients and address their concerns
Identify and resolve complex accounting issues
Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA license (or actively pursuing)
3-5 years of public accounting experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred:
Experience with a range of industries
Advanced degree (e.g., Master's in Accounting)
