Helping clients achieve their financial goals through holistic solutions such as retirement planning, insurance, investments, estate planning, business planning, education funding, and employee benefits. Maintaining work-life balance while building and managing your own practice, with support and mentorship from our network of financial specialists and leaders. Developing a rewarding career with uncapped earning potential and personal satisfaction from impacting clients' lives positively. Qualifications:

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship. Located in or near the Greater Hartford region. No prior financial services experience required; extensive training and mentoring provided. Entrepreneurial, results-driven, motivated, with integrity and a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced, productive environment and develop long-term relationships through networking. Performance-based earnings, with annual income potential of $70K-$250K based on company data from 2015-2023. Additional income supports for training and early development, renewal income, bonus programs, and expense allowances. Sponsorship and support for licensing exams and certifications such as insurance licenses, Series 6, Series 63, CFP, etc. Benefits include a funded retirement package, comprehensive health plans, life and disability insurance, and growth opportunities.
