Position Summary Senior Admissions Representative – Full‑time, Permanent – Glendale, CA (Closing date: Feb 5, 2026)

Responsible for all phases of the admissions process. Presents the campus and its programs to prospective students, enrolls qualified individuals into education programs, and conducts all admissions activities with the highest integrity and business ethics while adhering to state, federal, and accreditation policies and regulations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Manage the enrollment process, including inquiry tracking, financial aid packaging appointments, and academic file documentation.

Adhere to the company Admissions Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures.

Communicate effectively with prospective, future, and current students, avoiding misrepresentation at all times.

Operate compliantly within federal and state regulations.

Contact prospective students by telephone, email, or text message to schedule appointments for interviews.

Provide superior customer service in all interactions—phone, writing, email, text message, and in‑person—and discuss the benefits of education with prospective students.

Follow up with prospective students to ensure obstacles are addressed, orientation attendance is confirmed before the start date, and they have a positive experience.

Complete follow‑up activities with enrolled students.

Produce personally developed inquiries and help increase SEC referrals.

Foster a positive work environment that puts student needs first while coordinating with other departments.

Accurately forecast new incoming students by program to aid classroom capacity planning.

Participate in campus, departmental, and college events.

Input all activity into the database management system in a timely and accurate manner.

Actively participate in training and development, both in groups and individually.

Submit required reports and projects on time, and maintain and organize inquiry and enrollment paperwork.

Represent the campus accurately and uphold company values at off‑site events.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledgeable of and current on program offerings.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong customer service orientation and model strong interpersonal skills.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, faculty, and the public.

Project a professional image in person, over the phone, and in writing.

Possess clear voice skills, speak well, and be easily understood via telephone and in person.

Strong organizational skills.

Self‑starter capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.

Focus on specific quantifiable goals and possess a strong drive to achieve assigned goals.

Team player with the ability to work within a team.

Computer‑literacy skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Education And Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Previous face‑to‑face sales, marketing, or customer service experience required.

Admissions experience in a post‑secondary college or university required, or marketing/sales experience of at least 5 years.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
