Immediate Opportunity – Help Us Lease Apartments (Short-Term w/ Potential for Longer Term)
We’re looking for a reliable, confident person to help us reach out to people who have already inquired about our apartments and schedule showings.
This is a short-term 1–2 month project with the goal of filling apartments quickly.
What you’ll be doing:
Calling and texting existing apartment leads (not cold calls)
Sharing a current move-in special
Scheduling showings using our system
Passing detailed questions to our leasing agent
How this works:
Approximately 20–30 hours per week
Work from our Upper Sandusky office or remotely
Scripts, phone system, and training provided
We provide a company phone number and email — no personal contact information needed
Pay & incentives:
Bonus for each showing that occurs
Additional bonus if a scheduled showing results in a signed lease
Who this is a good fit for:
Someone comfortable on the phone
Sales, real estate, call center, or appointment-setting experience is a plus
Local to Upper Sandusky or experienced enough to work independently
Dependable, organized, and able to follow a process
