Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our success comes from our hands-on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience. Responsibilities

Be the first impression and voice of our community, guiding prospective residents through their leasing journey and building strong relationships with current residents and the team. Balance customer service, sales, and administrative tasks with training and support provided to excel in the role. What You’ll Do

We have high expectations and a hands-on training program to help you meet them. This is not a desk job—expect to be on your feet, engaging with prospects, walking properties, inspecting homes, and handling administrative tasks. You will do a little bit of everything. You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team where recognition and promotion come from commitment and results. Pay:

Hourly rates are competitive $18-20/hr based on experience + quarterly bonuses Benefits:

Rotating Saturdays or alternate schedule available. Must be available for occasional evenings for resident events. Alternative schedule option offers an additional per-pay-period bonus and consists of 5 days per week (including Saturdays) with Sundays and one weekday off. Example: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with Sundays and Wednesdays off. If you need a different weekday off, we can be flexible. Hours: Weekdays 9–6, Saturdays 9–5, Sundays off.
