Job Overview As a Comfort Advisor, you will help homeowners select HVAC solutions, using sales expertise and training. You will identify customer needs, present products, provide estimates, close sales, manage follow‑up, and maintain records. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in‑home consultations to evaluate HVAC needs and discuss solutions.

Present detailed information about HVAC products and services.

Develop accurate pricing estimates based on customer requirements.

Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets using effective techniques.

Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.

Work with company‑provided leads and self‑generated prospects.

Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and sales strategies.

Document sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of successful sales experience (HVAC experience not required).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and closing skills.

Positive, coachable, and driven attitude.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Current and valid driver’s license in the state of employment.

Benefits & Compensation

Pay range: $180,000 – $400,000 USD.

Unlimited earning potential.

Accrued PTO: 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.

Vacation: 40 hours after 3 years, 80 hours after 5 years.
