The focus will be conducting financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations.This is a highly visible role that includes frequent interaction with senior leaders and other key internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively interact and influence across a matrix business organizational structure and closely liaison with finance and business teams.***Primary Responsibilities**** Partner with key functions and stakeholders across the firm to plan, analyze, and forecast financial and other key business success metrics* Provide analytical support on a wide range of projects and cross-functional initiatives* Ad hoc support and analysis for global business units* Proactively search out ways to improve and streamline processes***Qualifications**** Minimum seven years of experience within a finance function or with relevant experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.* Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills* Ability to work across all functions and levels of an organization* Strong motivation, sense of urgency, high-level of energy, and problem-solving skills* Takes ownership, responsibility for tasks and sees them through* Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required* Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning a plus#LI-JS1**Requisite Skills****Additional Skills***Barings is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer; Minority/Female/Age/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Individual with Disability/Protected Veteran.
