Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Digital Marketing Platform, with the opportunity to work in Greece. This role is designed for individuals who have a passion for digital marketing and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in German, helping them navigate the platform and address their inquiries.
Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to the digital marketing platform, including account setup, features, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in German
Provide clear and comprehensive guidance on digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
Assist customers with technical issues and ensure effective resolutions to enhance their experience
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform and overall customer service delivery
Stay informed about digital marketing trends to provide relevant and updated assistance
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector
Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner
Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and customer service software is desirable
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
Relocation to Greece is required for this position
