Current Need The Director of HR Systems and Technologies is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Human Resources technology platforms across the organization. This role is pivotal in leveraging AI-driven tools and automation to enhance HR processes, improve employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role ensures that HR systems support business objectives, enhance employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making. The Director will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions that streamline processes, improve compliance, and drive efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a forward-looking HR technology roadmap that integrates AI and machine learning for predictive analytics, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
Identify emerging trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR service delivery.
System Management & Optimization:
Oversee administration and continuous improvement of HR systems (e.g., HCM, ATS, LMS, Payroll, Benefits platforms).
Ensure system integrations, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Project Management:
Lead large-scale HR technology implementations and upgrades, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance for HR technology providers.
AI & Automation Integration
Implement AI-powered tools for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Drive automation of repetitive HR tasks to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI in HR processes, including bias mitigation and data privacy.
Data Analytics & Insights
Utilize AI-driven analytics to provide actionable insights for workforce planning, retention strategies, and DEI initiatives.
Establish robust data governance and reporting frameworks for compliance and strategic decision-making.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing HR technology team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
10+ years of experience in HR technology management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of implementing enterprise-level HR systems (Preference towards experience with Dayforce).
Proven experience with AI-powered HR solutions and enterprise-level HCM systems.
Skills:
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Expertise in system integrations, data governance, and analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
HRIS or HCM certifications (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, etc.).
Base Pay Range $152,300 - $253,900
