This is a hybrid position for a Sales Business Development professional based in Palm beach County FL, with the flexibility to work remote. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and fostering strong client relationships with hospital discharge planner, case managers, social workers physicians office, ALF’s Rehabs and other senior living facilities. The professional will also collaborate with the team to develop business growth strategies and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through focused communication and support. Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market trends and data Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to drive business growth Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and in a hybrid setup Familiarity with the healthcare or home care industry is a plus Must have own book of business referral partners Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
