Overview

Checkout.com – you might not know our name, but companies like eBay, ASOS, Klarna, Uber Eats, and Sony do. That moment when you check out online? We make it happen. Checkout.com is where the world checks out. Our global network powers billions of transactions every year, making money move without making a fuss. With 19 offices spanning six continents, we feel at home everywhere – but London is our HQ. Wherever our people work their magic, they’re fast-moving, performance-obsessed, and driven by being better every day. A role here isn’t just another job; it’s a career-defining opportunity to build the future of fintech. We are looking for a highly analytical business builder to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for opening doors at the world’s most prestigious brands, but you will do so by working smarter, not just harder. We are not looking for someone to simply \"dial for dollars.\" We are looking for a strategic operator who loves tinkering, testing, and optimizing. You will combine high-volume activity with high-precision targeting, utilizing data and technology to architect your own success. What You’ll Do

Drive High-Velocity Growth: Generate qualified initial meetings at volume. Engage the market through a high number of touchpoints (calls, emails, LinkedIn), consistently opening doors to build pipeline. Execute & Optimize Workflows: Improve processes and manage your pipeline efficiently. Increase conversion yield, A/B test messaging, analyze metrics, and refine your approach based on evidence. Leverage & Evolve the Stack: Proactively use and push the limits of our sales technology (CRM, Intent Data, Enrichment tools). Be curious, try new tools, and experiment with different ways to uncover opportunities others miss. Operational Rigor & Data Hygiene: View the CRM as an operating system. Maintain impeccable data standards, ensuring every interaction is logged accurately, because bad data breaks automation and leads to bad decisions. What You Bring

The "Hacker" Mindset: Love tinkering and testing. Use keyboard shortcuts, seek automations, and avoid repetitive manual work. See a workflow and think, "How can I make this faster?" Resilience, Grit & Iteration: You will hear more "+" than "+". Treat rejection as data, analyze why it didn\'t work, adjust, and try again with a better approach. Intellectual Curiosity: Relentless drive to understand how things work, especially in financial technology. Analytical Precision: Comfortable with numbers and data; clean data is foundational to a successful sales strategy. Requirements

Relevant Experience: Previous BDR/GTM experience required (6 months - 2 years). You know what \"good\" looks like in a fast-paced sales environment. Technical Competency: Familiarity with logic-based tools is essential. Experience with Zapier, Clay, Advanced Excel, or basic SQL/API knowledge is highly preferred. Systems Thinking: Demonstrated ability to spot inefficiencies in a process and suggest improvements. Growth Mindset: Aiming to be a "Learn-it-all", not a "Know-it-all." Willing to master complex concepts, adapt to new technologies, and grow your skillset. Bring all of you to work

We create the conditions for high performers to thrive – through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one. Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition meets opportunity, and your growth is in your hands. We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. If you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here. If you need anything to make your experience or working environment more comfortable, please let us know in your application or tell your recruiter directly. Life at Checkout.com
