Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new sales opportunities by using various sales techniques and tools

Prepare timely business quotes, bids, rates, and proposals for current and prospecting customers

Gain insight into the customer's or prospect's organization, processes, needs, and wants to better provide solutions

Generate and research leads to get access to key decision-makers

Proactively communicate professionally through high-volume phone calls, email, and other channels to obtain new customers

Collaborate internally with carrier sales representatives and account management team to ensure FitzMark delivers best-in-class service

Establish lasting relationships with customers to build and maintain a strong book of business

Education and Experience

High School Diploma Required or Equivalent

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Highly Preferred

Minimum 1-Year Sales Experience Preferred

Previous 3PL Experience A Plus

Knowledge and Skills

Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with customers through email, face-to-face, and telephone communication

Impeccable negotiation skills with the ability to motivate and persuade decision-makers

Possess the "Hungry" and "Hunter" mentality

Strong objection prevention and handling skills

Vigorous prospecting capability

Competitive spirit and passion for sales

Resilient - remain persistent despite challenges and obstacles
