Digital Media Specialist We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Media Specialist in our St. Louis, MO Office for our ProSource Division. The Digital Media Specialist executes and optimizes digital and paid media campaigns that support showroom performance and brand growth across the ProSource system. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, responsible for translating established strategies and media plans into accurately implemented, performance‑driven campaigns. The Digital Media Specialist must thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders while adapting to evolving responsibilities to support the ProSource Division.
Responsibilities
Execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and other platforms based on identified strategies and media plans, managing campaign setup, targeting, creative implementation, and budget pacing to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Support paid social and digital marketing initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Execute boosting, audience setup, and performance evaluation aligned to campaign goals.
Monitor performance against defined KPIs and execute ongoing optimizations to improve results, maintaining accurate reporting and ensuring data integrity across platforms.
Partner with internal teams and showroom stakeholders to support national and local campaigns as well as provide executional support and respond to paid media and digital marketing inquiries.
Stay current on platform updates and support documentation and refinement of digital media processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience and 2-4 years of hands‑on digital marketing or paid media execution experience.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, and paid social platforms, with exposure to programmatic platforms such as Simpli.fi preferred.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with performance data and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, along with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
