The

Retail Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator

plays a key role in supporting our brand’s digital presence across major U.S. and Mexico retail partners. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Omnichannel Marketing & Digital Merchandising (Ulta team) with a dotted line to the Omnichannel Marketing Manager for Sephora, this role supports the execution of all digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives designed to drive awareness, traffic, and conversion on retailer.com. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about beauty, digital marketing, and online retail. This position provides exposure across marketing, merchandising, and analytics, offering an excellent foundation for a career in omnichannel retail marketing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Digital Execution & Asset Management Lead set up and ongoing audits across retailer.com sites to identify missing or outdated assets and coordinate with Creative and Marketing teams to source and upload updates. Ensure all digital content, images, and copy are optimized and aligned with brand guidelines. Support the development of influencer and creator briefs, coordinating inputs across cross-functional partners. Reporting & Analysis Manage weekly sales and promotional trackers; summarize key learnings and competitor insights. Maintain reporting tools and trackers across paid media, digital performance, and campaign results. Conduct competitive analyses across retailer.com sites and share findings with the broader retail marketing team. Support quality assurance (QA) of internal and external reporting dashboards under manager oversight. Campaign & Content Coordination Maintain and update external digital marketing calendars used for partner and agency meetings. Support campaign set-up and management across third-party platforms, including Skeepers (influencer management). Partner with creative, analytics, and brand teams to ensure timely execution of digital activations. Project & Budget Management Own day-to-day project management in Wrike and other cross-functional tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). Maintain spend trackers (with Sr. Manager oversight) across co-op and digital media programs. Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure on-time execution of all initiatives. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail marketing; beauty or consumer goods experience strongly preferred. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with data and reporting dashboards. Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools such as Wrike. Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred to support the Mexico business. Preferred: Experience in retailer.com content management or merchandising support. Familiarity with influencer or content management tools such as Skeepers. Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Understanding of digital asset workflows and content enrichment processes.
