Responsibilities The Digital Marketing Analyst II plays a key role on the Marketing Operations team, delivering exceptional execution and alignment across stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in managing multiple projects simultaneously, excels at bridging communication between distributed teams, and brings a strong foundation in digital marketing and CRM technologies. This role coordinates email campaign execution through our marketing automation platform and supports broader CRM initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

Email Campaign Coordination & Execution

Coordinate email marketing requests between regional marketers and the corporate marketing team using Marketo platform

Review, adjust, approve, and schedule email campaigns to ensure they meet brand standards and technical requirements

Serve as the primary point of contact for email marketing workflow questions and troubleshooting, responding promptly to inquiries

Proactively coordinate cross-team communication to ensure messaging alignment and prevent email campaign scheduling conflicts

Manage campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule

Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects, including email nurture campaigns, CRM data initiatives, and collaboration with web analytics team

Collaborate with internal teams including sales, CRM specialists, creative, digital marketing and analytics, as well as external marketing agencies

Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, deliverables, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders

Maintain organized project documentation and workflow processes

CRM & Digital Marketing Support

Field CRM-related inquiries from marketing team members and coordinate with cross-functional partners to provide answers

Support regional marketers with CRM data quality initiatives, including updates to contact information, job titles, account ownership, and other key fields

Collaborate with channel team to manage production and distribution of monthly department email newsletter

Build and modify web landing pages using corporate landing page platform to support marketing campaigns

Provide operational CRM support as needed, including email list management and inbox monitoring

Contribute to process improvement efforts and CRM optimization projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)

3-5 years of experience in marketing, with emphasis on digital marketing or campaign coordination

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working cross-functionally

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Highly organized with strong prioritization skills to manage multiple projects

Proactive communicator who bridges gaps and sets clear expectations

Self-starter with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving

Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Marketo marketing automation platform

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting

Experience working with marketing agencies

Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline marketing workflows
