About the Restaurants Company / The Opportunity A rapidly growing organization in the Restaurants industry is seeking a driven Marketing Manager to support its expansion and brand initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful marketing efforts for over 120 restaurant locations across multiple states, working closely with senior leadership and local restaurant teams. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, supporting new restaurant openings, and strengthening community connections through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive new market expansion and brand excitement.

Lead and manage marketing campaigns for new restaurant openings in collaboration with corporate teams.

Recommend and implement market-wide and local restaurant marketing plans to achieve growth objectives.

Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials for openings and ongoing merchandising needs.

Work closely with corporate brand teams to create custom merchandising solutions.

Oversee updates to menu boards and pricing, ensuring timely and accurate communication to stores.

Manage and post engaging content on social media platforms; maintain website content as required.

Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, offering insights for program improvement.

Collaborate with charitable partners and assist with the grant application process as part of community engagement initiatives.

Partner with Operations to monitor restaurant performance and develop action plans for improvement.

Must-Have Skills

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.

3-5 years of marketing experience within the restaurant industry or similar industry.

Proven ability to develop and implement programs that drive traffic and sales.

Strong skills in social media management, including basic photography and video editing.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.

Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to evaluating program effectiveness.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of WordPress or similar web content management systems.

Experience with local store marketing or community relations programs.

Sales-driven mindset with a focus on profitability and results.

Demonstrated strength in problem-solving, decision-making, and goal setting.

Ability to travel up to 40% as required for restaurant openings and market visits.
