Right now, we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to help us bring our brand to life in bolder, fresher, more exciting ways.
What You’ll Be Doing You’ll own the creative heartbeat of Blue Sky’s marketing.
Bringing our brand voice and personality to life across email, social, sales tools, and events
Taking inspiration from retail trends, culture, and industry moments and turning them into campaigns that feel fresh—not formulaic
Shaking up formats, storytelling, and presentation so our marketing feels as fun and dynamic as our team
You’ll lead creative direction—not just execution.
Set the creative vision and provide clear direction to designers and offshore marketing support
Create briefs, examples, and guardrails so others can execute confidently and consistently
Raise the creative bar without slowing things down
You’ll help ensure everything feels cohesive.
Connect the dots across emails, sales materials, client experiences, and brand moments
Make sure what we’re saying—and how we’re saying it—feels unmistakably Blue Sky
You’ll collaborate closely with our team.
Partner with sales and leadership to support growth initiatives
Help bring client showcases, product highlights, and brand activations to life
Translate business goals into creative ideas that actually move the needle
Who You Are You’re creative—but grounded. Strategic—but hands-on.
Have 5–8 years of experience in marketing, brand, or creative roles
Trust your instincts and know when something feels stale or overdone
Be comfortable giving creative direction and making decisions
Be able to turn “here’s the vibe” into clear, actionable output
Love both the big idea and the follow-through
Experience in promotional products, retail, or B2B marketing is strongly preferred —but curiosity, taste, and creative confidence matter more.
