We’re looking for an Instructional Designer who thrives in a hands-on, technical environment and enjoys partnering with engineering and operational teams to support critical training programs. In this role, you’ll design and deliver high-quality learning content, leverage modern LMS platforms, and communicate with clarity across diverse groups of learners. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who likes to be close to the work—and isn’t afraid to suit up when needed to understand the environment firsthand. Day to Day
Design and develop instructional materials that support technical training programs Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate complex processes into effective learning modules Deliver presentations, facilitate sessions, and support end‑user adoption of new tools and workflows Utilize LMS systems to build, organize, and maintain course content Occasionally work in cleanroom or controlled environments where a “bunny suit” is required Continuously evaluate learning effectiveness and adjust content for clarity, engagement, and impact Qualifications
2+ years in instructional design Proficiency with any LMS platforms such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone or Moodle Excellent written and oral presentation skills
