Overview We’re looking for a versatile and highly creative

Motion Designer

who brings a strong blend of motion graphics, video editing, and on‑set shooting experience. You will help bring our client’s brand and product stories to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves storytelling through visuals, and can take a project from concept to final delivery. Ideal for an experienced creative professional with a strong sense of design, a keen eye for detail and timing, and the ability to translate abstract ideas into engaging visual narratives. This position works closely with the Account Team, collaborating across design and content to produce concept‑to‑delivery marketing work.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3‑4 days in‑office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Design and animate polished, brand‑aligned motion graphics for product videos, ads, social media content, marketing campaigns, and internal presentation

Develop high‑quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for a variety of platforms (social, digital, broadcast, experiential)

Translate creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts into dynamic visual executions

Edit short‑form and long‑form video content

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and execute visual approaches to storytelling

Deliver high‑quality motion and video work on schedule while adhering to client’s visual style and voice

Edit, revise, and refine existing motion graphics and video productions as needed

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently in a remote work environment

Present ideas internally and liaise with the client and in‑house creative team members on a daily/weekly basis

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field is often preferred

3‑5+ years of experience in motion design

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma

Experience with video production (on‑location shoots, pre‑and post‑production)

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creatively mature, delivered motion work

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take creative direction and feedback

Familiarity with brand and product storytelling

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally

Bonus Points

Experience working in the full Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with sound design and video color grading work

Understanding of accessibility principles in motion design

Compensation Compensation Range: $66,785 - $83,055 annually. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
