Overview
The
Sr. Field Marketing Manager
is tasked with overseeing the field marketing team to ensure continuity and consistency in campaigns, messaging, and events across regions. This role manages the team budget to meet core objectives and supports Network Development (Sales) and Performance Network (PN) teams in achieving LUM goals. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing regional marketing programs, including tradeshows, executive dinners, and regional webinars. The position is remote-friendly within the US or based at the Bethesda, MD office. Primary Duties
Team Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor the field marketing team, foster a collaborative, results-driven environment, and implement performance management processes and development plans for team members. Strategic Planning and Program Implementation: Develop and implement a cohesive field marketing strategy that supports Aledade’s overall LUM goals, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market needs. Establish KPIs and use data to measure, report, and improve marketing performance. Campaign Continuity and Messaging: Ensure consistency and quality of marketing campaigns, messaging, and events across diverse regions. Coordinate with Brand Strategy and Portfolio Marketing teams to align with Aledade’s value proposition. Budget and Event Management: Develop, manage, and oversee the allocation of the field marketing budget across regions and priority states. Collaborate with financial planners to optimize spending and maximize ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Optimization: Work with Network Development and other departments to develop effective account-based marketing tactics. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and support broader field marketing objectives. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field 8+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing, preferably with an agency or within healthcare 2+ years of experience leading a team Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a high-performing team 5+ years of experience with marketing automation technology, preferably HubSpot Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities
Expertise in creating and executing region-specific marketing plans aligned with local KPIs Strong communication skills and experience engaging with executive-level leaders and healthcare decision-makers Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional marketing and sales efforts Active understanding of value-based care landscape and partnerships with independent physicians Demonstrable experience successfully managing Agile projects Physical Requirements
Must carry a valid driver’s license and be able to drive within the assigned territory Must be able to travel by plane when needed Sitting for prolonged periods; extensive use of computers and keyboards; occasional walking and lifting may be required Standing or walking for hours at a time and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs Who We Are
