Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid Flexibility Available)
Vacatia is redefining the vacation ownership experience through innovation, flexibility, and thoughtful communication. We work with resorts and owners across the country to deliver meaningful experiences and long-term value. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to own and execute owner-facing communications that are clear, accurate, and empathetic.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves execution and takes pride in getting the details right. You will translate complex operational, financial, and legal information into owner-friendly messaging and ensure high-stakes communications are delivered consistently, on time, and with care. Your Impact
Translate complex operational, financial, and legal content into clear and empathetic language
Manage recurring communication calendars and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Execute multi-touch campaigns related to sales, rentals, and feedback from drafting through deployment
Build and manage email campaigns including segmentation, quality assurance, and scheduling
Track and report on campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve messaging or timing
Maintain consistency in brand voice while allowing for resort-specific nuance
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs, approvals, and feedback
Manage multiple projects using Monday.com and maintain clear timelines and version control
What You Bring
Three or more years of experience in marketing communications or campaign execution
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort owning execution-heavy work with accountability and follow-through
Experience with CRM and email platforms such as Salesforce, Constant Contact, or similar tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Ability to work cross-functionally and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
Experience in travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership is a plus
