We’re partnering with a leading health technology company to find a talented
Creative Director.
This hybrid, remote-focused role offers an exciting opportunity to shape compelling brand narratives and drive performance through innovative storytelling and visual direction. 95% remote, occasional on-site (Irvine Area). Must live in California. There is no application deadline for this role. Creative Director Responsibilities: Lead brand storytelling efforts by defining voice, tone, and messaging frameworks across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and resonance. Create and refine diverse creative assets, including video scripts, ad copy, landing pages, emails, and UGC briefs, translating insights into engaging stories that motivate action. Develop concepts rooted in problem-solving strategy, generating multiple creative ideas and refining them through performance feedback, aligned with key metrics. Conceptualize and storyboard visual ideas for teams and vendors, providing direction to enhance pacing and on-screen text, while establishing templates for repeatable formats. Short-form video scripts, ad copy, landing pages, email / SMS, and Influencer / (user generated content) briefs Support the execution of campaigns and seasonal initiatives, adapting narratives to various platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in creative reviews to uphold quality. Creative Director Qualifications: 4-7 years of hands-on experience leading creative, branding, or performance marketing initiatives. Proven ability to craft compelling copy for video, ads, landing pages, and messaging across lifecycle stages. Experience developing creative based on performance data and iteration, with a strong visual sensibility. Skilled in directing creative execution efficiently, balancing quality with speed, in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Descript, or similar software. Organized, collaborative, receptive to feedback, and motivated to grow into larger creative roles. Comfortable working closely with executive leadership, including the CEO.
