Job Summary : Responsible to contribute to the design and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the organization's products and services; protects the organizational brand at the corporate level and in key growth markets.

A Day in The Life

Collaborates with the Marketing Director, and the company’s leaders, to design and execute marketing strategies, programs and tactics aligned with the organization’s direction and goals.

Serves as the direct point of contact for internal clients in the development, implementation and administration of diverse Marketing Communications & Media programs.

Works closely with the Marketing Director to develop and manage content for specific business units and causes, including copywriting and design project management with select professionals.

Supports corporate website management, internal and external communications, corporate branding, marketing materials creation, social media activity, etc.

Primary contact for Unison Risk Advisors digital strategy and various needs for subsidiary companies in the execution of their individual marketing initiatives; offers strategic recommendations for approval, monitors campaign performance.

Plans and executes public relations initiatives which include press releases, media pitches, media monitoring, interview coordination and special promotions.

Supports Oswald hosted events including the integration and collaboration of all graphic design, invitation and list distribution, event logistics and execution, and post-event reporting.

Stays strategically focused while maintaining responsibility for the tactical preparation, execution and delivery of marketing services.

Ensures the accurate, effective and timely delivery of high quality and consistent marketing services; conducts a regular analysis of campaign performance.

Proactively seeks opportunities to contribute to the advancement of the overall marketing strategy; presents ideas to management and internal clients regularly.

Participates in the budgeting process including performing reviews, discussing allocations and strategic spend; focuses on the ROI of activities and offers methods of measurement for campaigns.

Supports all special initiatives including crisis management, brand development and launch, employment branding, business workflow projects, awareness campaigns in key growth markets and specialty practice campaigns.

Conducts continuing education on and applies emerging tools and practices in Artificial Intelligence across the full scope of duties, including but not limited to content, graphic design, project management and administrative functions unique to the role.

All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need At least 6 to 8 or more years of industry knowledge is required.

Bachelor degree in communications, marketing or journalism from a four-year college or university and 6 to 8 years or more of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Prior Experience Specifically Required

Previous experience at a corporate marketing department, at manager level and/or:

Previous experience at a senior level with an advertising, digital or public relations firm

Travel Expectations

Light Travel (0–10%)

Occasional local travel may be required for team meetings, training, or client visits.

Minimal travel expected; primarily based in the office or remote.

Physical and Environmental Demands This role involves typical duties performed in an office environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary work involving sitting, typing, and handling office equipment. Occasional walking, standing, and lifting up to 10 pounds may be required.

Manual Dexterity & Vision: Requires sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer use, data analysis, and document preparation.

Work Environment: Standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels and climate control.

Work Schedule & Hours Full-time hours: Core business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and/or occasional weekend hours totaling 40 or more hours per week; no overtime payable. (FLSA Status: Exempt)

Note: job responsibilities and travel expectations at this level will often require the performance of job duties beyond the normal workweek schedule.
