You’ll be encouraged to share your experiences, ideas and skills to help others take control of their financial future.Join a team that has received numerous awards for being a top place to work:**Job Purpose:**This position is responsible for identifying, prioritizing and orchestrating the execution of work within the Annuity Customer Care Execution Area and is part of a cross-functional agile team responsible for ensuring that initiatives meet the needs of the Business Office, advisors, and customers. The position supports the achievement of agile team objections and contributes to delivering a prioritized backlog established by leadership and the agile team.Responsibilities also include skill with business analysis and prioritization to maximize business value while balancing a budgeted spend allowance.**Job Responsibilities:*** Proactively and independently lead an effective model to:

+ Clarify purpose and scope of work that the team will execute on

+ Effectively engage stakeholders to ensure transparency of prioritized work while ensuring the right activities are happening to prepare the operations to receive changes from the working team.

+ Accountable for the business value story to ensure investments made are aligned to highest value opportunities or greatest needs.

+ Effectively represent the interest of the stakeholders to internal scrum teams.

+ Effectively partner with IT and stakeholders to develop a prioritized product release plan driven by business value.

+ Provides support to teams on any production or process related issues* Develop close working relationships through:

+ Continuous collaboration with all stakeholders to understand priorities and trade-offs (cost of delay) with ability to translate priorities into a prioritized product backlog.

+ Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews to refine and continuously manage user stories and acceptance criteria for IT teams.

+ Effectively communicate goals and requirements to the scrum teams.* Define, design and implement key operational processes through:

+ Provide acceptance on completed features and user stories (or PBI's)

+ Adopt a test and learn approach with a focus on thin-sliced releases referred to as Minimal Viable Functionality.

+ Establishing critical success factors on user stories including the associated metrics to assess success and a communication method to report out on results.

+ Ensure operational run the business reports remain viable as changes are implemented.The above statement of duties is not intended to be all inclusive and other duties will be assigned from time to time.**Job Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.* Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Business Process Management, Business Continuous improvement or related field to include successful implementation of process or continuous improvement initiatives and progressive project management experience to include application of project management methodology, project cost estimation, and risk assessment experience in addition to successful implementation of key project initiatives.* 2-3 years product owner or experience in an agile environment.* Business acumen to determine business benefit/ROI* Proven record on ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders/customers* Demonstrated team-building and coaching skills; proven teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups* Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of stakeholders and to mobilize and motivate teams* Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple, complex priorities* Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbal* Strong influencing skills; demonstrated ability to challenge and persuade, directing a group of stakeholders to the best decisionIf you’re ready to help make a difference, apply today.
