We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution and client operations. This role blends content support, administrative coordination, and client communication. You will work closely with internal team members and external partners to keep marketing activities moving smoothly and on schedule. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, supporting creative work, and communicating clearly with clients and collaborators. Responsibilities

Content & Publishing Support: Assist with brainstorming and organizing content ideas for client social media posts and blogs; support basic content creation tasks such as drafting captions, formatting blog posts, and preparing assets for publishing; publish blog content and schedule social media posts using client platforms and tools. Marketing Operations & CRM: Schedule tasks, update records, and maintain organization within the CRM; track deadlines, content calendars, and deliverables to ensure timely execution. Client Communication & Support: Respond to client emails and requests in a professional and timely manner; coordinate internally to ensure client questions and needs are addressed accurately. Vendor & Team Coordination: Communicate with video editors and other contractors for overflow or delegated work; ensure assets, instructions, and timelines are clearly shared and followed. Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a coordination role Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Familiarity with social media platforms, blogging tools, and basic content workflows Experience working in a CRM or project management system Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision Nice to Have

Experience working with clients in an agency or service-based environment Basic understanding of content marketing and social media strategy Comfort collaborating with remote teams and contractors What Success Looks Like

Content is organized, scheduled, and published on time Client communication is clear, timely, and reliable Internal workflows run smoothly with minimal bottlenecks Team members and contractors have what they need to do their work efficiently
