Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services organization, is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Digital Marketing Platforms to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of marketing platforms that enable demand generation, client engagement, and scalable growth. This role is critical in transforming the organization's digital marketing capabilities while reducing IT dependencies and ensuring compliance. Position Summary:
The Senior Product Manager will own the Digital Marketing product portfolio, including platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred), Marketo, or HubSpot, as well as the public website, CMS platforms, and customer engagement journeys (Email, SMS, Web). The current state of the platforms is low maturity, and the role will focus on scaling capabilities, automating customer journeys, and addressing gaps in client communication and marketing velocity.
